Berryfication
First chance I've had to do anything for a while. Tonight I kegged Goody's imperial stout I made almost a year and a half ago. Then I pureed another 6 pounds of pasteurized blackberries (and more pectinase) and racked the blackberry mead onto it. I also bottled a 750ml swingtop of it so people can try it on my birthday on Thursday. I tried a glass of it a few minutes ago and it definitely isn't near ready. It looks nice though. Now I still need to keg my Amarillo IPA and add some more hops to let it sit on for a few weeks. I would put it in a carboy but its cold and dark outside and I don't feel like scrubbing one out when the kegs are clean. I am learning a lot interning at Rock Bottom. Brian really is a great brewer to learn from, and he's pretty cool to work for too. Life is awesome.
